What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 15 days (3 weeks) of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, ALTERED OR DAMAGED, and with ALL LABELS attached. Once your package has been received at FLEXRAKE.COM, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 weeks. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from FLEXRAKE.COM

How do I make a return or exchange?

1. Your package will include an order invoice, a return/ exchange form and/or customs documents. Complete the Return/ exchange Form by listing the return/exchange reason code and return quantity. Retain your original order invoice for your records.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the completed Return/exchange Form and Customs Documents (if applicable).

Please Note: The Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

4. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days.
Simply follow the instructions on the invoice included with your package. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured or tracking service to the above address. (This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves).

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel any order as long as the order status has "not shipped". If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and/or heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be added to purchases made from customers who reside in California. The Sales tax rate for California customers is 9.75%, which is the current rate in Los Angeles County as of July 1, 2009.

Standard Shipping & Handling
(5-8 business days up to 10 business days)

Express Shipping & Handling
(2-3 business days up to 5 business days)

Standard Delivery

  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 5-8 business days, but may take up to 10 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. territories, and P.O. Boxes usually arrives within 5-8 business days, Additional 3-5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.
  • Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

Express Delivery

  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 2:00 PM EST or 11:00 AM PST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.
  • Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM EST, 11:00 AM PST or on weekends and holidays will usually arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipped date.
  • Express shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO/ FPO, P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories

  • Only standard delivery is available.
  • All packages are sent via Fed Ex.
  • U.S. territories include: American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Delivery Time Estimate
To estimate when a package will be delivered, the following should be considered:

  • Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to order processing, and may take up to 48 hours.
  • Orders with Out of Stock item(s), may take an additional 2 to 5 business days to process and ship.

How do I track an order once it's been shipped?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 1 to 5 business days from your order date, E-mail us at customerservice@flexrake.com
